Administrative leadership promotes teacher collaboration and institutional quality. The objective was to determine the relationship between leadership management and teachers’ collaborative work skills at Planeta Azul School, a private educational institution. Using a quantitative, descriptive-correlational, non-experimental, and cross-sectional approach, a structured questionnaire was administered to the entire population (n=20) of administrators, coordinators, and teachers. The results showed effective communication channels (75%), but revealed gaps in distributive equity and openness to suggestions. Regarding the collaborative work variable, ratings above 80% were observed for indicators related to the interdependence of objectives and the exchange of experiences and materials. Spearman’s correlation coefficient (rs= 0.535) confirmed a moderate positive relationship between the two variables. It is concluded that there is a moderate, statistically significant positive relationship between managerial leadership and collaborative work in the study population. Based on these findings, a proposal for pedagogical support and circular management was designed, the effectiveness of which will need to be evaluated later through its implementation.
